Trillium Haven Farm History
Our farm began spring of 2001 with a CSA of 30 Eastown neighbors and church members. In 2002 we began selling produce at the Fulton Farmer’s Market; our stand has become a popular spot for specialty greens and heirloom vegetables. In 2004 we added a few local, independent restaurant accounts to our farm business, and in 2005 we opened an on-farm store, selling locally grown and produced products from neighboring farms which is open to the public on Saturdays and open for the CSA during distribution. This year there will be 250 shareholders involved with the farm.
